Payment Dates:
Your deposit reserves a spot on the Trip. Your full balance is due by 15 April 2001. You will receive an invoice in advance. Prices are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change.
Refund Policy:
The Following cancellation/refund policy applies to both deposits and final payments: The deadline for final payment is 15 April 2001. A cancellation before 15 April is subject to a $250 handling fee. After 15 April, the handling fee is $300. Other refunds are based on money that can be recovered by suppliers. Airline refunds are subject to the rules and penalties at the time of ticketing.
Medical Release:
All participants must complete and return medical & conditions forms prior to 15 April. These will be mailed to you. Should any of the required forms not be returned 7 days prior to departure, Global Pursuits reserves the right to cancel your reservation and return any recoverable money minus the cancellation fee.
Single Supplement:
Global Pursuits will make every effort to find roommates for those who are traveling alone; but we cannot guarantee this. The supplement for a single room is $400.
Group Size:
This trip is based on a minimum of 20 participants. Should that number not sign up for this trip, Global Pursuits has the right to cancel the trip and fully refund any payments
Trip Insurance:
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is recommended, but optional. You will receive an application for a policy. A release form will be provided by Global Pursuits stating that you have been presented with a policy application and some literature on travel insurance. You must sign this acknowledgment and return it. This is a required document. The final decision whether or not to purchase insurance is yours. Should you decide not purchase insurance, you are responsible.
Responsibility:
Global Pursuits, Inc. contracts certain agents to provide travel services, such as hotel accommodations, airline services, etc. As such, we are not responsible for the willful or negligent acts of these suppliers who are not employees of Global Pursuits, Inc. Travel as any activities, involves inherent risks. We will exercise reasonable care in making arrangements for meals, all programs, transportation, accommodations, activities and other services specified in the tour itineraries. However, they do not assume any liability for personal injury or accidents to any person involved in the tour or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to, baggage or other personal property of tour participants.
